What does gold filled or rhodium filled mean?
Gold or rhodium filled jewellery has a x100 thicker layer than plated jewellery which means that it lasts longer and stands up to wear and tear better. 

Remove jewellery before getting wet, sleeping, washing up or exercising. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after use and store in your D’Oro pouch and box. Apply jewellery after all skin care products and avoid alcohol or other harsh chemical in products like washing liquid and hand sanitiser. If your jewellery has come into contact with any chemicals, rinse gently with cold water.
