  • Are all your products Australian made?
    Not all of our products are Australian made. We also have Australian designed and Australian owned products.
  • How many of your products are Australian made?
    Approximately 75% of our products in store are Australian made (we are still working to add all our products to our website so keep your eyes out for new goodies)..
  • How do I know if a product is Australian made, Australian designed or Australian owned?
    To make things easy we have put a banner across the top of each product listing so that you can see if the product is Australian made, Australian designed or Australian owned.
  • What is the values section on the product listings?
    We have added a values section to each product listing. This is so you can shop to your values for example you can learn if the product comes from a woman-owned business, a small business, is handmade, made in small batches, if it's vegan, cruelty free or environmentally friendly.
  • How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
    We aim to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days. If your order has not been sent within this time frame and you have paid with PayPal please check the status of your payment with PayPal as orders only enter our system and can be sent once this is complete. If your order has been delayed for any other reason we will contact you. If you have any concerns regarding your order please contact us at hello@soulboatmornington.com.au
  • I have not received an order confirmation
    You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed your order and payment has been received. Please take care when entering your email at check out and ensure your details are correct. If you have multiple email addresses please check them in case you entered one of these instead of the one you thought. If you have paid with PayPal please check the status of your payment with PayPal as orders only enter our system once payment is complete and this may delay your order confirmation email. Don't worry though we will put your items aside and send them once payment is confirmed. If you have any concerns regarding your order please contact us at hello@soulboatmornington.com.au
  • I have submitted a form but I haven't received a response?
    We typically respond to customer form submissions the same or next business day depending on time of submission. If you have not received a reply in this time please check your email to ensure that it has not gone into your spam folder or promotions area of your email. Please also check any other email addresses that you might have in case you used an alternate. Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address at the time of submission as well. You should receive an email saying that we will be in touch as soon as we can. If you have contacted us regarding stocking your product please allow a week or so for us to respond.
